Trans-Studio Ecologies
Trans-Studio Ecologies explores contemporary ecological and sociopolitical challenges as opportunities to reimagine desirable futures through architectural practice. The exercise seeks to diversify and ecologise the architectural agenda by fostering transdisciplinary connections and critical thinking about the world we inhabit. Developed within the project studio of ETSAM/UPM, it brings together professors from the TRANS research group, architecture students, and LINA Fellows to reinforce an ecosystemic approach to design through talks, workshops, and critical conversations that trigger, nurture, and evaluate new architectural imaginaries.
Time frame:
Online talk on ecological imaginaries: February - April 2026
On-site workshop with students designed by the Fellow: March - April 2026
Critical conversations, evaluation sessions: May 2026
