I Teuta Ibriqaj, artist, researcher, leader of the art project "Traffic Jam"
My main interest is on overcoming the difficulty in any area that need strong change over the obstical based on the cultural and social mentality with great silks on the teaching, coaching, leading and promoting the knowledge by mainly research work and involving art as a form of the expression.

My name is Teuta Ibriqaj artist, art teacher, interpreter, and researcher working on my doctoral thesis on creating art projects at both the nonprofit Organization level and Government level. My work is focused on working with the younger generation while discovering the ability to create and prepare for higher education, based in fine arts.
How do we do this? And what is the goal that we strive to reach out to? Firstly we need the environment to be suitable in order to gain knowledge and safe future. Through development of the students’ character practicing concept of learning through repetition lets us understand the powerful to focus on painting cars by currant traffic in Prishtina, Kosovo. This ties in perfectly on my current art projects: a large format painting that depicts the realities of a crowded traffic jam in Kosovo!. Working A4-size paintings then progressing to a large collaborative canvas, work is still in progress and evolving. The goal we are reaching on this important collaboration is, ensuring students express themselves and their own interpretation traffic jam, that is somewhat spread out all around Balkans. The main focus is cars and environment, collaborate on artwork led by myself “Traffic Jam” depicts a picture of the reality of a Prishtina Traffic Jam. The great concern for today's traffic I decided to create a 220 with 119 centimeter painting to bring to life the vision to the viewers.
The concept of the crawdness of the city, and the perspective of people while driving is the goal so they cant see themselves or the largeness of the traffic. Children are concerned about the sidewalks as much as all pedestrians, they want to be able to go to school and cherish freedom by walking freely, meanwhile my desire to overview the issue on the environmental and humanity and address on the higher level officials.
How to fix the traffic jam?
Traffic on our society means there is a dream that has not come to fruition.
