Every person has a creative component of their personality. Creativity returns us to our true, happy, childlike, talented self. Now is the time of wars and great upheavals, it is important to find or maintain stable confidence in something, except for change.
So people feel confused much more often. Artistic practices with positive attitudes to good music are about peace, awareness of the moment and beauty. I have created an album of proven effective art therapy exercises that I want and can share.
The result is interesting
sketches, the embodiment of which in the form of murals or sculptures will fit well into the urban environment, creating a bright recreation area.
