I am a student of the Lviv Professional College of Decorative and Applied Arts named after I. Trush, I am studying at the department of object design in the fifth year. I have a junior professional bachelor's degree. I am interested in small design and furniture design, also partly in landscape design. I am engaged in volunteering and activism in Ukraine.
During the previous years of study, I learned the key basics of design, worked with various materials, studied ergonomics, composition and modern technologies. Having gained courage in my projects after the first two years, I began to actively participate in exhibitions and competitions and, of course, I became interested in
visiting these exhibitions also from other artists and designers. My first experience in presenting my projects was an exhibition and a conversation with the Danish designer Rolf Hay. For me, such meetings are very important, because communicating with
experienced people allows me to study my field of activity even better, listening to their experience, criticism or recommendations for my projects. Also in the third year, I participated in another exhibition, in which I presented a table lamp project. This was also my first experience in which I understood how design
exhibitions and galleries work. I also took part in the competition for young
designers “Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of”, where my urban furniture project made it to the finals of the competition.
I also recently took part in another all-Ukrainian competition “DVRZ”, where two of my projects were selected for an exhibition on August 20 in Kyiv. And right now I am working on
these projects and preparing for this exhibition.
Currently, I still have a goal to reveal myself as an object designer on the international stage, establishing new connections and implementing interesting projects in the future.

My project aims to create a new innovative design of urban furniture, which can be made from a combination of
ceramics or concrete and a metal frame, and also to move away from the understanding of "typical" urban benches. I chose to
work on an idea that allows you to create furniture that is ergonomically functional and convenient for use in urban spaces, in this project I invested my mood and thoughts on the development of design. The glossy coating in this project is a material that gives the furniture a smooth and visually soft look, and the metal frame strengthens the structure and performs the function of the backrest. Interpreting the idea of "softness" - I wanted to emphasize the
association with comfort, transferring these feelings to the open urban
space.
In this project I want to show how design can shape the culture of urban space, inspire users, create harmony between people, materials and the environment. I believe that design should evolve, as well as technologies for a wide range of design possibilities, the ability to implement ideas that are difficult to think about. This is what inspired me to create my own project
urban furniture - to make ceramics not only an aesthetic and
artistic material, but also functional and suitable for
everyday use. In my project I aim to bring the material ceramics to a new level
in the category of urban furniture. I wanted to explore how ceramics can be used to create innovative and functional street furniture.
After analyzing the market, I came to the conclusion that I want to show the possibilities of new technologies in the combination of different materials for a broad understanding of design. I think that it will be important and pleasant for people to see comfortable furniture on the streets, in which you can sit for a long time and enjoy the fresh air. And thus improve the quality of life of people by reflecting modern trends in urban design.
