NULIO is a four-person, Lithuania-based team turning AI into a practical sustainability co-pilot.
- Gytė - founder and sustainability liaison. She conceived NULIO and is five months into internship at an Italian engineering firm, interviewing future industrial users and mapping real-world DNSH obstacles.
- Andrius - partnerships and data lead. He works with Gyte to build a network of collaborators and to secure high-quality ESG datasets for continuous NULIO AI testing and improvement.
- Gabrielė - AI architect. She designs the machine-learning pipelines that translate complex regulations into instant, design-stage guidance.
- Gediminas - machine-learning engineer. He converts research prototypes into robust, scalable cloud services.
More than the four of us. Around NULIO we have a growing circle of architects, engineers, and contractors who share data and pressure-test ideas. Four people may sound small, but with committed friends and partners, our reach is much larger than our headcount <3
We retrain NULIO AI daily. Our lean pilot “DNSH Road Assistant” is in development, with public launch targeted for Q1 2026.
Time is the currency NULIO AI was built to save.
Buildings create about 35 % of global greenhouse-gas emissions, yet proving that a project does no significant harm is slow and costly: a DNSH dossier can take six to eight weeks and tens of thousands of euros. DNSH under Taxonomy Regulation 2020/852 already controls access to EU funds, and stricter rules are coming. The 2024 revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive sets the next deadlines: from 2028 life-cycle assessment (LCA) of global-warming potential is required for new buildings above 1 000 m², and from 2030 for all new construction; zero-emission-building (ZEB) performance becomes mandatory for public projects in 2028 and for every project in 2030.
Where we are now:
NULIO AI is being trained as a digital DNSH coach. Upload PDFs, spreadsheets or BIM models and the engine - flags missing evidence live and produces signature-ready DNSH, LCA and ZEB outputs as soon as the data align. It never overwrites the designer’s work, it turns red tape into clear, actionable checkpoints, trimming weeks of guesswork and large consultant bills.
Where we are heading:
Next comes full automation: drop the complete project bundle and NULIO will assemble a signature-ready DNSH form within hours. The same engine will then deliver LCA and ZEB reports for the 2027-2030 mandate.
Why it matters:
Less time on paperwork leaves space for design iterations, community engagement and low-carbon material choices. Check compliance early and sustainability becomes a choice, not a last-minute problem.
Why we can deliver:
We have already built a dedicated tech team training NULIO AI. We are preparing today so the sector is ready for the future. Drop the documents and gain clarity in hours, not months.
